APASS is a one year learning community focused on the Asian Pacific American experience.

Our Goal

Student participating in APASS will:

• Persist at Santa Rosa Junior College, achieve academic success and accomplish their educational goals
• Develop closer social and intellectual relationships with staff, faculty, and other students
• Achieve learning that is deeper and more personally relevant through experiential activities
• Become conscious citizens integrating what they learn into their academic and social experiences

Mana is the mind, one's life force and nourishment, and in this learning community, students will use their Mana to find success in school.
